Shipping Information

Billy Hop works with reliable international couriers, including UPS, DHL, FedEx, and SDA, to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

Shipping Times

Delivery times depend on product availability:

  • In-stock items: shipping may take as little as 24 hours.
  • Items not immediately available: delivery may take up to 60 days.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and are provided directly by Mail Boxes Etc., ensuring competitive and transparent rates.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship via FedEx International and UPS International. Depending on availability and pricing, the carrier may be selected at our discretion. Both services offer fast delivery, reliable tracking, and efficient handling of damage or loss claims.


Return and Refund Policy

Interpretation and Definitions

Words with capitalized initials have specific meanings defined below and apply regardless of singular or plural use.

Definitions

  • Goods: the products available for sale on our website
  • Orders: a request placed by you to purchase Goods from us
  • Website: Billy Hop Official, accessible at www.billyhop.com
  • You: the individual or legal entity accessing or using the Service


Order Modifications

We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Exchanges or substitutions are not permitted.


Eligibility for Returns

You have the right to return an order within 14 days of receiving the Goods, without providing a reason.

Once we receive the returned Goods, the refund will be processed within 14 days.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items that are damaged, ruined, or broken, unless due to a manufacturing defect attributable to the Company
  • Products purchased during sales or with discounts greater than 5%
  • Used items

Billy Hop reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions. All returned items will be inspected before approving a refund.

After submitting a return request, we may ask you to provide photos of the Goods before shipment to assess their condition.

Returning the Goods

You may return the Goods using one of our affiliated couriers or a shipping provider of your choice.

  • All return shipping costs and risks are the responsibility of the customer.
  • If you request Billy Hop to arrange return shipping from your country to Italy, the cost will be at least €50, subject to variation based on service rates and package weight.

Billy Hop is not responsible for Goods lost or damaged during return shipping. We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service.

Refunds will be issued only after the Goods are received or upon proof of delivery. We also recommend taking photo or video documentation of the Goods before shipment in case of courier disputes.

Refunds

Once received, returned Goods will be carefully inspected. Refunds are processed within 14 days, unless additional verification is required, in which case you will be notified.

  • The Company reserves the right to deduct 5%–10% of the refund for restoration costs if the Goods are not returned in original condition.
  • For PayPal payments, an additional 6% of the total purchase amount will be deducted to cover PayPal’s non-refundable transaction fees.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If the original order included free shipping, a standard shipping fee of €30 will be deducted from the refund.
